Since commencing his Real Estate career in 1978 Andrew has developed solid skills in all aspects of real estate including property management, sales and sales management in a number of dynamic real estate environments. As such, he has a thorough understanding of the Melbourne market and is well placed to advise on every aspect of buying, selling and property management. Andrew joined the Hodges team in 1989, progressing through the ranks to his current position as co-proprietor and Director of the Hodges Real Estate Group. Throughout 2006 Andrew was involved in selling one bedroom flats to a luxury home for in excess of $7.6 million in the Melbourne metropolitan area and more recently has been active in marketing and selling a number of properties in Sorrento and Portsea on the Mornington Peninsula.In 2005 Andrew was appointed by his peers to sit on the board of the “Ethics Committee” of the Real Estate Institute of Victoria.
